Concord Conservatory of Music is a nonprofit music school in Concord Massachusetts that offers private lessons, group classes, and ensembles for all ages and skill levels. Its mission is to cultivate a love of music through high-quality instruction and performance, and its programs include a variety of genres such as classical, jazz, and bluegrass.

Since 2021, we have partnered with Concord Conservatory of Music (CCM) to refresh and strengthen their brand across all materials. Our work began with brand positioning—we interviewed key stakeholders to understand how the CCM is perceived within the community, then aligned that perspective with their vision for the future. From there, we developed a comprehensive style guide, tagline, and site architecture, followed by a full design update. We built the website on a CMS so that their team can manage content in-house. Since then, we’ve continued to collaborate on print and digital materials that keep their brand fresh, clear, and connected to their mission.
